***How often do you eat sushi?

Whenever it comes across my path! But if I am actively seeking it out, I’d say at least once a month.

***Which is your favourite sushi to eat?

Sashimi. Spicy or seared tuna and/or salmon.

***Top three Dubai restaurants for sushi?

Hmmm…I’d rather not answer this one…there are a few establishments though that are making amazing sushi.

***Which Cape Town sushi restaurant do you miss the most?

CT…I haven’t lived there for a long time but Willoughby & Co’s was always a winner. Joburg where I was living before emigrating: YuMe, Rejoice Sushi Bar (Bryanston), Tang, Ukko.

***What is it about sushi that makes you love it so much?

It’s a way of life…lol! It’s the simplicity, freshness and art.
