Salmontini Dubai

Salmontini restaurant at the Mall of Emirates is by far one of the more exquisite fine dining sushi restaurants in Dubai. The restaurant’s decor is sophisticated yet inviting. With the most incredible view of Ski Dubai - what a magnificent setting for a sushi dinner (sushi & snow slope views make for a surprisingly great dinner combo). 

Jason Basilico, the owner of Salmontini, knows how to create & serve exceptional quality sushi. 

Salmontini has become renowned for its exceptional sushi dining experience over the years, one which I can highly recommend. When booking, ask for a table with the best view of Ski Dubai, there’s nothing quite like it.

I’ve dined numerous times @ Salmontini and the highlight was the Sushi Boat. We managed to sample most of Salmontini’s delectable sushi options, with one my favorites being the dragon maki. But it’s their fresher than fresh salmon that stole the show each time we’ve dined there. Make sure to order some of their nigiri including Ebi and Hamachi. 

Oh and their white wine selection is superb. But I’d expect nothing else from Salmontini.
