Sushi Everything shall for the purpose of this content be referred to as SE throughout the Terms & Conditions of this website. Our Sushi Dating events are reliant on an equal guy to gal ratio of attendees. While we do try to work with our daters and encourage daters to be understanding of each others schedule changes, we do ask daters to please notify us with as much notice as possible in order to replace your reservation.

Privacy Policy

SE is committed to protecting your privacy. You are guaranteed 100% privacy. At no time will your information be shared with anyone other.

Any person who wishes to use the SE website must be at least 18 years of age. 

SE are intended for use and participation by persons that are over 18 years of age. Any information collected or received from anyone under the age of 18 will be promptly removed from our system.

Terms of Use

This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the website and participation in all Sushi Dating & Sushi Networking events. The terms are subject to change by SE at any time, effective upon notification to you.

By using the SE website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. These "Terms" apply to all users of the website, whether or not they are a registered member. If you do not agree to the terms set forth, please do not register. 

Disclaimer

SE does not perform background checks on any individuals participating in our events. By signing up with SE you are agreeing that SE is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may in any way arise out of a dating event. SE does not make any guarantees of any kind. SE events are held at venues over which SE and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a SE event, you agree to release SE and its associates from any liability with respect thereof.

INDEMNITY BY MEMBER

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SE, its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, Hosts and Area Managers, agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with your attendance at any of our events, any and all of the services that SE provides or claims to provide, as well as communications or meetings that you arrange on your own volition and on your own time with others who have participated in a SE event. You agree that you take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.

Refusal of Service

SE reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason
